Marching Corps Wildcats/Lynx 2017-18 Season Auditions

The City of Perth Marching Corps is a high impact marching drum and bugle corps style band utilizing front facing marching band brass instruments with a full American style Drumline. In this band members move to choreography on a field or arena.

The City of Perth Marching Corps is part of the City of Perth Band program. Originally established in 1898 as a brass band the organisation has grown to include a Concert Band and most recently, the Marching Corps. Each band has persons from ages 18 to 80 years of age.

The City of Perth Marching Corps have returned from their Christmas in July break, and we’re gearing up for the 2017/2018 playing season!

If you play drums/percussion or a brass instrument, and are interested in joining a band that plays at many cool gigs and sporting events such as the Perth Wildcats and Lynx, Western Force, and West Coast Fever, come down to one of our weekly rehearsals and try it out!

We’ll be hosting open rehearsals over three weeks on August 10, 17, and 24, 6:30-8:00pm on Thursday nights at the Sir Charles Court Music Centre at Queens Gardens, East Perth.
